Policy for Inclement Weather and Other Emergencies

For Host Schools

These forms need to be downloaded and printed before the contest. You will get a mailing close to the contest with the ribbons. Competitions will be sent via email, and scores will be reported online.

• Host Instructions—this describes the things a host school must do in preparation for, and the night of, a competition.
• Duplication List—this lists how many copies of each item must be made for the meet
• Candy Bar Contest Answer Sheet—this is the answer sheet that must be used for the candy bar contest

Orals

• Oral Comments—this form is used by the judges to make comments to each individual oralist
• Instructions for Oral Judges—this is a set of instructions and guidelines for the oral judges
• Oral Scores Summary Form—this is the form that will be used to submit the final Oral scores to the grading room

Scripts

Calculators are not allowed on any contest.

• Oral Script—this is the script that the timers will use during the Oral competition (Meets #1, #2, #3, and #4)
• Written Script 1—this is the script that the proctors will use during the non-calculator competitions (All levels)
